Wholesale Terms of Service
Bring Simply Vela to your customers in five easy steps.
- Apply for a wholesale account.
- If approved, once received, open your welcome packet email and read those materials.
- Create your account with Simply Vela.
- In your Welcome Packet, you will also receive the link to our Wholesale Partners Homepage as well as the password needed to access it. From that homepage, you will find the wholesale order form.
- We will send you an invoice via email. Submit your payment.
- Purchases are invoiced based.
- Wholesale orders are made to order. You may expect a 6-8 week timeframe to receive your products. Please plan accordingly.
- A resell certificate must be filed with Simply Vela Candle Co. LLC prior to order fulfillment.
- All invoices are due upon receipt. This allows us to get to work on your order as soon as possible. Production of your Wholesale order will not begin until payment is received.
- All payments are to be paid in full. Any changes made to the payment terms will be noted in your invoice.
- If split payments, deposits, or any other payment terms are agreed to that otherwise alter the standard payment terms for wholesale invoices, said changes are good for that invoice only.
- Payment in full is required before product will be released for delivery.
- Simply Vela Candle Co. LLC reserves the right to alter, change, or amend these terms at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders will ship via insured UPS.
- A shipping fee quote will be provided prior to order confirmation and is based off current UPS shipping rates.
- Local Dropoff is available for local customers only. The Flat rate delivery fee is $10.00 up to 15 miles from our shop. Additional $1.00 per mile after that.
- Delivery is handled by Simply Vela Candle Co. LLC
- Free Local Pickup is also available.
